New Mob Added: Roa

New Item Added: Roa Treat

Balancing:

Increased the Abtu hitbox size.

Minor Fixes:

Added missing mount/pet sounds for the Roc, Raiko, Cacodemon and Beholder.

Fixed a bug where the Salamander would collapse into a pile of lava on death like the Khalk, this was unintentional.
